We currently ship within Canada. Want delivery outside of Canada? Please contact us so we can explore the options together.

 Delivery Times

We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Below is an estimate of delivery times:

  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM: Will be processed the same or next business day.
  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Shipping time: 5 to 7 business days within Canada.
  • Estimated total delivery time: 6 to 9 business days.

Note: During busy periods or delays with the carrier, delivery may take a little longer.

At True North Toronto, you benefit from free shipping within Canada — with no minimum order value required.

 Import Responsibility and VAT

The customer is fully responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, or other charges that may apply upon entry of the goods into the destination country. These costs are not covered or handled by True North Toronto and must be paid directly to the appropriate authorities.

 Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel via the carrier’s Track & Trace page.
